Made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, the balsamic base offers a smooth, rounded flavour with gentle acidity and natural fruity sweetness. The white truffle aroma adds an earthy, intense note that lifts every drop and turns simple dishes into something memorable.

A few drops are all it takes, so this elegant little bottle goes a long way in the kitchen.

How to Use:

Use it raw to enjoy its full aroma. Drizzle it over mixed salads, beef carpaccio or grilled vegetables, or pair it with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino.
