I think this white sauce was very good. I’m yet to try the black sauce but it has been a great success with all the family and we love it. It’s a lot better than the cheap one that we can buy in the supermarket so you’ll see me come back to you again okay? For now bye.

I have not been able to use it yet as I am preparing a date with family that are vegetarian, I have practicing with a recipe with mixed mushrooms with mascarpone, I will let you know after our dinner date how it goes?
